Are your products all natural?
We try to keep our products as
natural as possible. We use multiple types of products derived from nature
and a variety of places from the
earth and sea. Although most of our ingredients are nature made,
we do not claim our products to be completely natural due to the addition of
fragrance oils in some products. Some of our
products are certified organic or vegan, and may be ordered naturally
scented and/or dye-free.

What type of Shea Butter do
you use?
We use 100% pure Shea Butter which has been
naturally refined without the use of solvents or synthetic chemicals.
The process uses clay that pulls out the impurities and excessive odor. It
is then naturally sun bleached to whiten the product further.

How much Whipped Shea Body Butter, Mens Shea Body Butter or
Hope Body Butter
should be used at a time?
Because our body butters
are pure shea butter and coconut oil, a little goes a long way.

It will take a few minutes for the shea
butter and organic coconut oil to soak into your skin. Product photo shows freshly whipped
shea body butter, as it sets it will become a thicker "butter"
consistency.

What are the small
lumps in my body butter?
We do not choose to melt our
shea butter before whipping, which may cause some small lumps to occur
naturally throughout the butter. The lumps will melt upon contact with
your skin or by gently rubbing and does not interfere with the quality of
your product.

Can
you tell me more about salt scrubs/glows or sugar scrubs?
One of the major differences between a salt and sugar scrub
in the size of the grains. Scrubs exfoliate your skin. Sugar
scrubs are gentler on the skin and are a great choice for people who are not
familiar with scrubs or for those with sensitive skin. Salt scrubs are
more abrasive and should not be used if
your skin is
irritated for any reason, such as sunburn, rash, scratches, open cuts or
sores. If your skin is dry, use sugar scrubs once a week for a healthy glow
or up to three times a week for oily skin. Salt scrubs are generally
used once a month. Scrubs are excellent for exfoliating and softening
your elbows, heels and knees.
We recommend that you do not use scrubs on
freshly shaven skin.
Scrubs are not
meant to be used on the face or near the eyes. Due to the slippery
nature of the oils in salt scrubs/glows or sugar scrubs, care should be
taken when entering and exiting the tub. We recommend using a non-slip
bath mat. You may sprinkle baking soda in the shower or tub floor prior to
using scrubs or glows to help with the absorption of dropped oils.
Wiping the shower or tub floor down after use is suggested.

Why do the ingredients in my product appear separated?
It is completely normal for some of our
products to
separate. This is due to the lack of emulsifying chemicals our products. Simply stir
your salt or sugar scrub or shake your closed liquid product before each use
for the best results.

How do you fragrance your
products?
We use essential
oils whenever possible to scent our products, however, some scents are
available only in fragrance oils. We use only high grade, skin safe,
essential and fragrance oils.

Should I use your products if I have allergies, am pregnant, nursing or have
medical conditions?
We use
a variety of unique ingredients which may include but are not limited to
beeswax, botanicals, clays, mica powders, crushed walnut shells, dehydrated
coconut milk, essential oils, flower buds, fragrance oils, fruit and plant
extracts and seeds, oils, extracts and peels; goat milk powder, grains,
grapefruit seed extract, herbs, honey, nut butters, oils and flours; oats, oils, rice powders, sea life, soy milk or whole dry milk, spices,
tapioca starch and vitamin E. If you have allergies to any of these
types of products, we suggest you do not use our products. If you have
sensitive skin
or are prone to having yeast infections from scented or colored bath
products, we recommend that you do not use them. Salt and sugar scrubs/glows,
bath salts and
some essential or fragrance oils should not be used by small children, women
that are pregnant or nursing, or if you have a medical condition.
Consult your doctor if you are uncertain of allergies or other
contraindications in regard to the products by Touch of Nature Bath and Body,
LLC.

Are your products hypoallergenic?
We do not claim our products to be
hypoallergenic, since the term is somewhat undefined. Hypoallergenic
cosmetics are products that manufacturers claim produce fewer allergic
reactions than other cosmetic products. Consumers with hypersensitive skin,
and even those with "normal" skin, may be led to believe that these products
will be gentler to their skin than non-hypoallergenic cosmetics. There are
no Federal standards or definitions that govern the use of the term
"hypoallergenic." The term means whatever a particular company wants it to
mean. Manufacturers of cosmetics labeled as hypoallergenic are not required
to submit substantiation of their hypoallergenicity claims to FDA. The term
"hypoallergenic" may have considerable market value in promoting cosmetic
products to consumers on a retail basis, but dermatologists say it has very
little meaning.

Do your products contain
nuts or milk?
Our Shea Butter in particular, comes from
the Karite
Nut Tree. Many of our products contain ingredients which may have
been derived from
nuts, contain nut oils, or
crushed walnut shells. Some of our
products contain dehydrated coconut milk, goat milk powder, soy
milk or whole dry milk.

Do
you add preservatives?
We feel it is important to protect our customers from the
hazards of bacteria and to keep our products fresh, so, we use natural
preservatives such as vitamin E
and/or grapefruit seed extract in some products. We may occasionally use other
natural
preservatives as needed.

Do your products contain parabens, phthalates or sodium laurel sulphates?
Our products do not contain parabens,
phthalates or sodium laurel sulphates.

What type of colorant do you use?
If a product does not have a natural color and
we have chosen to add a colorant, we may use one or more of the following
cosmetic approved colorants: FD&C & D&C Colors-Lakes & Dyes, Blue #1,
Green #6, Green #8, Orange #4, Red #7, Red #17, Red #33, Red #30, Red #40, Yellow #5,
Yellow #11, Violet #2, Iron Oxides, Mica or Titanium Dioxide.

Are your containers glass or
plastic?
Our bath products are packaged in
plastic containers for the safety of our customers. Since many of our
products will be used in a wet area, broken glass would be dangerous and
difficult to clean up.

My container was not full,
why?
You may receive a product that
is not completely full to the top of the bottle. It is intended that
we ship our products to you that way. We carefully measure to be sure that you
have received the correct amount of product. There may some instances
where you will actually receive more in ounces than expected.

When do your products expire?
We recommend using our products within a few
months from the date of
purchase. We recommend
that you store your product closed in a cool, dry, dark place. In most
instances, you should use your own judgment to determine if a bath and body
product is still usable. If the color, smell or texture of a product
seems different than when you first opened it, it may have expired. In
products that contain oils, the oils may separate from the rest of the
ingredients. In this case, the product has most likely not expired, as it is common for
this to occur in sugar or salt scrubs. Simply stir with a clean, dry
spoon. In products that may need to be
scooped out of the container or jar, we suggest that you use a clean, dry
spoon to scoop the desired amount of product into a clean container, keeping
your original container out of the shower or tub. This may assist in
avoidance of water or debris getting into the original container which may
cause bacteria growth and decrease the shelf life of your scrub.

Do you test
your products on animals?
Our products are cruelty free. We respect all living creatures and
therefore never test any of our products on animals. We have

based products such as packing peanuts, foam and bubble wrap are harmful to
our environment. We do not use those packing methods when shipping our
products. We are pleased to offer Geami packaging as fill in our
shipping boxes. Geami is a sustainable protective packaging. It
is recyclable, compostable and renewably
